Whether you're seeking space for yourself, support in your relationship, or a more immersive therapeutic experience, there are different ways we can approach this work together. I provide person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative care. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and approach much of my work through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also integrate the mind-body connection, drawing from yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support a safe and compassionate relationship with both the mind and body. Each offering is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing is a practice.
